• Registration or purchase grants access only to the individual who registered or purchased.
   
• Sharing access, login credentials, or materials with others is prohibited.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
   
• Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., GoDaddy, PayPal, Stripe, Zoom, Eventbrite).
   
• By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge for the selected product or service.
   

Due to the digital nature of most offerings:

• All sales are final for digital products, courses, and recorded content.
   
• Paid webinars are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   
• If an event is canceled by Coach Booker or B Spired Consulting LLC, participants will be offered a reschedule or refund if applicable.

Coach Booker reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate—without refund.
